TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prices do not include GST for Australian buyers so please note that an extra 10% will be added for Australian buyers who purchase off sellers who run a Philatelic Business. This only applies to certain sellers.

2. Refunds for missing items in the post will not be given if the item is not insured and registered for postage. For security and peace of mind we reccomend paying for registration and insurance for any item purchased. A full refund will be given for any ligitamate claim on an item.

3. Items purchased will only be posted upon receival of payment for the item.

4. Any disputes will be discussed and sorted out between the Buyer and Seller concerned in a friendly and timely manner. Our aim is to provide the best possible service to collectors without ever reaching the stage of a dispute so please ask all questions prior to purchasing an item.

5. Privacy policy: the personal information submitted herewith, will be strictly confidential, and will be only used by Amazing Stamps Online.

6. Payment may be made through PAYPAL using a PAYPAL account or Credit Card through PAYPAL unless otherwise organised with the Seller.
